Scubaholics Cozumel operates small, fast boats, space is limited. We strongly recommend that you book your diving in advance. In order to maintain our high level of personalized attention service and provided our clients with the best experience possible, we limit the number of divers in our groups.

Once you complete the Reservation Request Form, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm availability, and to provide you with further details regarding deposits and paperwork required to secure your reservation.

To make a reservation, Please complete the Reservation Form on our web site. You will hear back from us within 48 hours. Once we have confirmed that your request dates are available we will need the following to complete your booking: Non-refundable deposit. Contact information for each diver. Completed release forms for each diver. Pricing and Payment: All pricing is in US Dollars. Prices do not include TIPS. Deposit payment details will be provide once we have confirmed that your request dates are available. Balance of payment is assesed in US Dollars and payment is accepted in: Cash US Dollars or Cash in Mexican Pesos. Balance of payment is due on your first dive.
All divers must show proof of SCUBA diving certification from a recognized certifying agency. We recommend that all divers, snorkelers, have Scuba diving accident insurance, such as: Diveassure ( www.diveassure.com ) or DAN ( www.diversalertnetwork.org ). All diver must completed and return the Scubaholics Liability Release, Medical Statement and Standard Safe Diving Practices agreement prior to arrival in Cozumel. When diving in the Marine Park, divers must respect the rules of the Cozumel Reefs National Park. Your Instructor will reviewed the park rules. Divers who intentionally disregard Marine Park rules and/ or Scubaholics Cozumel Standard Safe Diving Practices, can have their diving privileges revoked with Scubaholics Cozumel and also risk being banned from the Marine Park.
Client cancellation 30 days or more prior to the first scheduled dive. Deposits are non- refundable. if someone can be found to fill your spot, the balance will be refunded, minus a 5% service charged. Client cancellation within 14 to 29 days of the first schelude dive. Deposits are non-refundable. If someone can be found to fill your spot then 50% refund will be issued, minus a 5% serviced charged. Client Cancellation within 14 days of the first scheluded dive. Deposits are non-refundable. Clients may choose to put the deposit towards their next Scubaholics Cozumel reservation, provided the first rescheduled dive falls within 90 days of the cancellation. Client cancellation on arrival in Cozumel. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations should be made with at least 24 hours notice. No refunds are given in the event of cancellation with less than 24 hours notice and will be charged for the canceled day at the full rate. Cancellation by Scubaholics Cozumel prior to your arrival in Cozumel. Full refund will be issued. Scubaholics Cozumel will make every effort to accomodate canceled divers with a comparable dive operator. Cancellation by Scubaholics Cozumel due to weather. No charges will be applied for canceled days due to weather. Occurs when the harbor master closes diving to small boats if the harbor is open to large boats we will assist divers to secure a spot with another dive operator.
